FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

If you’ve completed your profile, your order will be processed no later than the business day after your order is placed (if order is submitted by 5pm PST), and shipped by the next business day.

Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday will be processed on Monday.

Free on every order! A prepaid return label will also be included for returning your set.

Shipments will come from California, and typically takes between 2-5 business days to deliver depending on shipping location. See next section about keeping your set until your next set arrives!

For your next set(s), a 1 week ordering window will open up each month. You will keep your current set until your next set arrives which means you’ll never be without clothes!

We want to get it right the first time (and every time after)!

Once you’ve filled out your profile you will qualify for our fit guarantee and a dedicated team member whom you will have a direct line to. We do our best to ensure your set will fit but if you are not 100% satisfied, you can email your dedicated team member or happinessteam@bellanove.com within 2 days of item delivery with:

  • The items you want to return for the exchange
  • The items you want to receive for the exchange

We will respond within 24 hours to confirm with instructions for the exchange.
