Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday will be processed on Monday.
Free on every order! A prepaid return label will also be included for returning your set.
Shipments will come from California, and typically takes between 2-5 business days to deliver depending on shipping location.
Also, because we understand that there is a gap of time from order to delivery, your month starts and ends on the day of delivery. So if you place your order on the 10th for example, and you receive it on the 15th, that means you can keep your last set until the 15th.

For your next set(s), a 1 week ordering window will open up each month. You will keep your current set until your next set arrives which means you’ll never be without our clothes!
We give a 2 day grace period to send back the previous set before late fees incur, which will be a daily proration until the set is shipped.
NOTE: We recommend you to get a receipt at FedEx upon drop off to avoid any shipping issues. If shipment is lost, the cost of the contents in the lost package will be the responsibility of the customer if no drop-off receipt is kept for FedEx to file a missing package report.
We want to get it right the first time (and every time after)!
Once you’ve filled out your profile you will qualify for our fit guarantee and a dedicated team member whom you will have a direct line to. We do our best to ensure your set will fit but if you are not 100% satisfied, you can email your dedicated team member or firstname.lastname@example.org within 2 days of item delivery with:
- The items you want to return for the exchange
- The items you want to receive for the exchange
We will respond within 24 hours to confirm with instructions for the exchange.

We’ll take care of dry cleaning each item when you’re done with it! Hygiene is of utmost importance to us too!
If you’d like to cancel your membership, you can do so easily within your account page. To avoid any fees, please do so before your next billing cycle. Cancellations made after charges have been posted can be refunded less a $7 fee.
