Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday will be processed on Monday.
Free on every order! A prepaid return label will also be included for returning your set.
We want to get it right the first time (and every time after)!
Once you’ve filled out your profile you will qualify for our fit guarantee and a dedicated team member whom you will have a direct line to. We do our best to ensure your set will fit but if you are not 100% satisfied, you can email your dedicated team member or email@example.com within 2 days of item delivery with:
- The items you want to return for the exchange
- The items you want to receive for the exchange
We will respond within 24 hours to confirm with instructions for the exchange.
For your next set(s), a 1 week ordering window will open up each month. You will keep your current set until your next set arrives which means you’ll never be without clothes!
